The Ride Partner Grant (RPG) Program is an innovative opportunity for churches and other refugee-supporting charitable organizations in Canada and the United States to raise money for their ongoing programs or projects.
Money is raised when registered teams raise funds and ride together on RIDE day in support of approved Organizations. The Ride Partner Grant Program permits 50% of a team's fundraising revenue to be allocated to approved churches and charitable organizations who have applied and been approved using this online application process.
In 2007, over $129,000 was allocated to 39 approved applicants. Download our 2007 Ride Report to read more about how the money was invested last year. In 2008 it is expected that of the $500,000 raised, over $275,000 will be directed to churches and other charitable organizations supporting refugees in Canada, the USA and internationally.
